Abstract

This appeal is from a final order and judgment finding Appellant guilty of one count of Distribution of a Controlled Substance, a first degree felony, in violation of Section 58-37-8(1 )(A) (II) U.C.A. (1953) and one count Distribution of a Controlled Substance, a first degree felony, in violation of 58-37-8(1) (A) (II) U.C.A. (1953) The Appellant was sentenced to serve indeterminate terms of not less than five (5) years and which may be for life on each of the two counts. These terms were ordered to be served concurrently at the Utah State Prison, but to run Consecutively with the term the Defendant is presently serving. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 78-2-2(3)(i). Appellant's conviction was entered by Judge Stanton Taylor on April 2, 1999.
