Case No. 20060026 TERRY JAMES MARBLE, : Defendant/Appellant. : BRIEF OF APPELLANT This is an appeal from a finding of guilty to four counts of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child. The Defendant was convicted by a jury in first District Court in Brigham City on August 15, 2003. The Defendant was sentenced to serve four indeterminate sentences of five years to life at the Utah State Prison. The sentences were ordered to run concurrent. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to the pour over provision in U.C.A. §78-2a-3(j). The Defendant is presently incarcerated at Utah State Prison.
