BRIEF OF APPELLANT This appeal is from the Defendant's conviction by a jury empaneled by the Honorable Parley R. Baldwin, of one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute in violation of Section 58-37-8 U.C.A. The Defendant was sentenced to serve a term of five years to life at the Utah State prison.
