Abstract

Appeal from the Order entered on December 16, 2005, by the Honorable Denise P. Lindberg, Judge of the Third Judicial District Court in and for Salt Lake County, State of Utah, denying Defendant's Motions to Suppress Evidence, as well as the subsequent entry of the Defendant's conviction and sentence for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Third Degree felony, and Driving Under the Influence, a Class B Misdemeanor, entered as a result of the Defendant's guilty plea pursuant to State v. Sery, 758 P.2d 935 (Utah Ct.App.1988).
