Abstract
This is an appeal of the Honorable Judge Kevin A. Allen's Order of Dismissal, the First District Court of Box Elder County, on June 29, 2009, dismissing Mr. Pett. Petition for Extraordinary, and ruling that the Box Elder County Commission could retroactively validate Judge Kevin Christensen's appointment of David Marx as a court judge in Box Elder County, and that the Box Elder County Commission could retroactively validate Marx's rulings made, orders entered, judgments rendered, fines imposed, penalties assessed, jail time imposed, and any other purported legal action engaged in by Marx, prior to the date of his alleged appointment as a justice court Box Elder County, on December 8, 2008
