Abstract
Appeal from an interlocutory order of the trial court denying Brenda Christine White's motion in limine to allow the jury to hear evidence in support of the defense of Extreme Emotional Distress at her trial as decided by the Honorable William W. Barrett, Third Judicial District Court Judge in and for Salt Lake County, State of Utah. Permission to Appeal the interlocutory order was granted by this Court following transfer from the Utah Supreme Court.
