I wish to cite to the Court the portion of State v. Schreuder, 39 Utah Adv. Rep. 46, 51 (1986), that discusses the operation of Utah R. Evid. 703, as supplemental authority that supports the State's argument in Point II of its brief in the Ortega case (Brief of Respondent at 11-12) .
