Abstract

Counsel for Appellant has brought to the attention of the undersigned counsel for Respondent the possibility that an unintended ambiguity may exist in the second sentence of the first whole paragraph of page 21 of Respondent's Brief in this matter. Accordingly, in order to preclude the possibility of any confusion, Respondent hereby amends that sentence by adding the four underscored words, so that it will read in its entirety.
