Uno, Judge, presiding. Pursuant to the Order of this Court dated February 20, 1991 granting "Appellant's Motion to Hear and Decide Transcript Issues and Stay Briefing of Other Issues," this brief covers only those issues relating to the adequacy of the transcript in the instant case.
