IN THE UTAH SUPREME COURT INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION OF UTAH Petitioner vs. MOR-FLO INDUSTRIES, INC. and POLARIS WATER HEATERS/ ARLINGTON PLACE, Respondent. * * * * * * MOTION TO CORRECT TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN PETITION FOR REVIEW CERTIORARI DOCKET NO. 910403 COURT OF APPEALS NO. 900510-CA The Industrial Commission of Utah respectfully requests the Utah Supreme Court to allow it to correct a typographical error in the citation for the statute giving this Court jurisdiction in this case. The citation which appears at the second sentence of the second paragraph of page three of petitioner's petition should be changed to U.C.A. Sect. 78-2-2(5).
