Abstract

Respondent and cross-petitioner, German Cruz Reyes, replies to the State's brief on cross certiorari review of the Court of Appeals' decision which reversed Mr. Reyes' two convictions for aggravated sexual assault, in violation of Utah Code Annotated section 76-5-405 (Supp. 2002), in the Third Judicial District Court in and for Salt Lake County, State of Utah. Mr. Reyes remains incarcerated pending this appeal.
