We wish to cite to the Utah Supreme Court the following statutes as additional authority in support of the arguments c i the Tax Commission of the State of Utah ("Tax Commission") in Chris and Dick's Lumber and Hardware v. Tax Commission of the State of Utah that the statute in question was correctly interpreted by the Tax Commission and that the particular statute was not so vague as to be unconstitutional.
