Abstract
Appeal from the trial court's order dated February 13, 1990 revoking probation and committing Appellant to the Utah State Prison to serve a previously imposed sentence of zero to five years. The trial court entered conviction and judgment for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a third degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8 (1953 as amended), on November 20, 1989 in the Third Judicial District Court in and for Salt Lake County, State of Utah, the Honorable Raymond S. Uno, Judge, presiding.
