Abstract
Appeal from a conviction and judgjment of Driving Under the Influence a Class B Misdemeanor following la jury trial held December 12, 1986 before the Honorable Sheila K. Mqcieve of the Fifth Circuit Court. Mr. Tuero was sentenced January 1A, 1986 to a suspended six month jail term, ten days of community serivice, a $500.00 fine and surcharge, $100.00 in victim restitution, |>150.00 in alcohol treatment fees and Alcoholics Anonymous mqetings and probation.
