Abstract
This is an appeal to this Court from the trial courtfs grant of summary judgment, entered on March 24, 1993, in favor of the Appellee on Appellee's claims that the Appellee is entitled to a permanent injunction prohibiting the Appellant from using the property located at 1450 West 500 South, Woods Cross City, Utah for industrial and/or commercial uses, and that the Appellee is entitled to a permanent injunction prohibiting the Appellant from conducting a business on the property located at 1450 West 500 South, Woods Cross City, Utah.
