Comes now Petitioner/Appellant, In Propria Persona, and respectfully submits that this is an appeal from an order denying Petitioner/ Appellants petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus entered in the Third Judicial District Court, in and for the County of Salt Lake, State of Utah, in Civil No. C-87-5323. Said order denying Writ of Habeas Corpus was ordered by the Honorable James S. Sawaya, Presiding Judge, on September 22, 1987.
