Abstract
This is an appeal from the Findings of Facts, Conclusions of Law and Judgment entered in the Third District Court of Salt Lake County, signed by Judge William B. Bohling, after a hearing before Judge John A. Rokich and after supplemental hearings before Judge William B. Bohling, awarding Tracy Southwick a portion of the fiinds in a P.O.D account, ruling that the Leones are not personally liable to Mr. Southwick for the P.O.D. account funds they gave away, ruling that Christine Montoya is personally liable for the funds from the P.O.D. account she received and allowing certain alleged expenses, paid after Mrs. Southwick's death by the Leones, to be charged against the P.O.D. account.
