Abstract

This appeal is from a final order and judgment finding Appellant guilty of operation of a clandestine laboratory, a First Degree Felony and sentencing Appellant to a term of five (5) years to life at the Utah State Prison. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 78-2-2 (3) (i) . Appellant's conviction was entered by Judge Michael D. Lyon on March 12, 1998.
