Abstract
This appeal is from a final order and judgment of June 24, 1998, wherein Appellant plead guilty to three counts of forgery, each a Third Degree Felony, in violation of Section 76-6-501, U.C.A. (1953), as amended. (R. at 001) On August 5, 1998, Appellant was sentenced to an indeterminate term of not to exceed five years in the Utah State Prison. His plea of guilty and conviction of the three felonies were to run concurrent, along with the sentence imposed on case number 971902382, a guilty plea having been entred in reference to drug charges, a Third Degree Felony.
