Abstract
This appeal is from a final order and judgment finding Appellant guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute in violation of Section 58-37-8 U.C.A. (1953), a first degree felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute in violation of 58-37-8 U.C.A. (1953) as amended, a Second Degree Felony and Violation of the Drug Paraphernalia Act with Possession and Intent to Use a Controlled Substance in violation of 58-37A-5( 1) U. C. A. (1953) as amended. The Appellant was sentenced to serve terms of five (5) years life and one (1) year to fifteen (15) years to run consecutive, all sentences to be served at the Utah State Prison
