Abstract
This appeal is from a final order and judgment wherein Appellant plead guilty of one count of Illegal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a second degree felony, in violation of Section 58-37-8 U.C.A. (1953) The Appellant was sentenced to serve an indeterminate term of not less than one (1) year and not more than fifteen (15) years, on a plea of guilty, the Defendant reserved the right to appeal the Trial Courts refusal to suppress the evidence.. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 78-2-2(3)0). Appellant's conviction was entered by Judge W. Brent West on May 12, 1999.
