Abstract

Pursuant to Rule 24 (i), Utah Rules of Appellate Procedure, the Appellant, Ms. Terry Snarr, desires to notify the Court of Appeals of supplemental authorities she believes is controlling. The Utah Supreme Court issued the attached decision after the parties' briefs were filed in this matter. Ms. Snarr further requests the attached supplemental authority be considered as included in Appellant's Addendum.
