Abstract
This appeal is from a verdict of guilty of one count of retail theft by a Jury empaneled by the Honorable Parley R. Baldwin, where the Trial Judge by allowing appointed counsel to withdraw and then refused to appoint substitute counsel denied the Defendant the right to counsel as guaranteed by the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution
