Abstract

This appeal is from a verdki ui gumy arter a trial before a jury empaneled by the Honorable Michael D. Lyon to one count each of burglary, aggravated assault and riot on December 6, 7 and 8, 1999. On February 3, 2000 the Court sentenced the Defendant to serve term of nine years to life, 0 to five years and three years to flvp vears, all sentences to run concurrently, at the Utah State Prison.
