Abstract
This appeal is from pleas of guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance, precursor, with the intent to engage in a clandestine lab operation and one count of possession of a controlled substance, methamphamine. On August 2, 2000 the Court sentenced the Defendant to serve terms of one to fifteen years 3ad zero to five years, to run concurrent, at the Utah State Prison.
