Abstract

This appeal is from a finding of guilty to a charge of aggravated robbery after a trial by a jury on February 8 and 9, 1999 on one count of aggravated robbery. On July 21,1999 the Court sentenced the Defendant to serve a term of five years to life at the Utah State Prison.
