Abstract

The City of West Jordan, the prosecuting authority in Cause No. 995117396, in the Third District Court West Valley District, Salt Lake County, Utah, the Honorable Pat Brian, Judge presiding, and Appellee before the Utah Court of Appeals, respectfully submits this brief in reply to the brief filed by Appellant appealing her conviction for two counts of Failure to Place a Child in a Restraint.
