Abstract
This appeal is from the Defendant's conviction by a jury empaneled by the Honorable Michael D. Lyon, of counts of burglary of a residence and assault with a Hate crime enhancement. There was insufficient evidence presented to the jury for the jury to find the Defendant guilty of assault. Without the conviction for assault the Defendant was not guilty of burglary of a residence.
