Abstract
This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction for one count of Discharging a Firearm from a Vehicle, a third degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-10- 508 (Supp. 2000), one count of Tampering with a Witness, a third degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-8-508 (Supp. 2000), and one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Restricted Person, a third degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-10-503 (Supp. 2000), in the Third Judicial District Court, State of Utah, the Honorable Judith S. Atherton, Judge, presiding.
