Abstract
BRIEF OF APPELLANT This appeal is from the Defendant's conviction by a jury empaneled by the Honorable W. Brent West, of three counts of aggravated robbery, an aggravated assault, aggravated burglary and tampering with evidence. There was insufficient evidence presented to the jury for the jury to find the Defendant guilty of the crimes charged. The Prosecutor committed error in his closing argument by misstating the testimony of one of the victims.
