This is an appeal from a Revocation of Probation after an earlier criminal conviction for one count of Attempted Distribution/Offer/Arrange to Distribute a Controlled Substance under Utah Code Ann. §58-37- 8(1)(a)(ii), which was entered on August 25, 2000, after pleading guilty before the Honorable Judge Bryce K. Bryner in the Seventh District Court Price Division in and for Carbon County presiding.
