Abstract
This is an appeal from three criminal cases consolidated for appeal. In the cases, Appellant Enoch Hankerson was convicted of three counts of burglary, a second-degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-202 (Supp. 2002); second-degree and third-degree felony theft, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-404 (1999); and receiving or transferring a stolen motor vehicle, a second-degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 41-la-1316, in the Third Judicial District Court, State of Utah, the Honorable Joseph C. Fratto, Judge, presiding.
