Abstract

Appeal from a denial of a petition for post-conviction relief. Appellant was convicted of possession of a controlled substance in Taylorsville Justice Court and was sentenced to a suspended jail sentence. He subsequently filed a petition for postconviction relief in the Third Judicial District Court, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, the Honorable Sandra Peuler, Judge, presiding, which was denied.
