Abstract
This is an appeal from a memorandum decision, of the First District Court of Box Elder County, granting the appellees motion to dismiss the Appellant's complaint under Rule 12(b)(6) URCP and disqualifying Charles Schultz as acting as counsel for Ms. Pert in the trial court proceeding. The memorandum decision was signed by Judge Clint Judkins, a judge in the First District.
