TO RUN CONSECUTIVE, IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR WEBER COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH, THE HONORABLE PARLEY R. BALDWIN PRESIDING. DEFENDANT IS CURRENTLY INCARCERATED AT THE UTAH STATE PRISON
