THIS APPEAL IS FROM A FINDING OF GUILTY OF ONE COUNT OF ROBBERY, A SECOND-DEGREE FELONY IN VIOLATION OF UTAH CODE ANN. §76-6-301 AND ONE COUNT OF ASSAULT, A CLASS A MISDEMEANOR IN VIOLATION OF UTAH CODE ANN. §76-5-102. THE DEFENDANT WAS FOUND GUILTY OF ALL COUNTS BY THE TRIAL COURT ON MARCH 9, 2005^IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR WEBER COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH THE HONORABLE JOHN R. MORRIS PRESIDING.
