THIS APPEAL IS FROM A FLLA AND SUBSEQUENT SENTENCING TO AGGRAVATED ROBBERY, A FIRSTDEGREE FELONY IN VIOLATION OF U.C.A. §76-6-302, AND AGGRAVATED BURGLARY, A FIRST-DEGREE FELONY IN VIOLATION OF U.C.A. §76-6-203 IN WHICH DEFENDANT WAS SENTENCED TO SERVE TWO TERMS OF FIVE YEARS TO LIFE AT THE UTAH STATE PRISON, IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR WEBER COUNTY, THE HONORABLE SCOTT M. HADLEY PRESIDING.
