Abstract
REPLY BRIEF OF APPELLANT An appeal from convictions pursuant to guilty pleas for criminal homicide, murder, a firstdegree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-203 (2003), possession or use of a firearm by a restricted person, a second degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-10-503(2)(a) (2003), and commission of domestic violence in the presence of a child, a third degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-109(2)(b) (2005). The defendant is incarcerated.
