Abstract
THIS APPEAL IS FROM A PLEA AND SUBSEQUENT SENTENCING TO TWO COUNTS OF DISTRIBUTION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AND ONE COUNT OF POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, ALL FIRST-DEGREE FELONIES, ALL IN VIOLATION OF §58-37- 8(1)(A) AND WAS SENTENCED TO THREE SENTENCES OF FIVE YEARS TO LIFE AT THE UTAH STATE PRISON WITH SENTENCES ON COUNTS TWO AND THREE TO RUN CONCURRENT WITH EACH OTHER BUT CONSECUTIVE TO THE SENTENCE ON COUNT ONE, IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR WEBER COUNTY.
