Abstract

This is an appeal from a directed verdict ruling that one-half of the water sold to the Watrouses by the Kings did not pass to Mildred Watrous upon the death of Raymond Watrous and the trial court's denial of Mr. Henshaw's Motion under Rule 60(b) URCP to set aside the Order on the Kings motion for a directed verdict so that he could appeal the order on the King's directed verdict.
