Abstract
THIS APPEAL IS FROM A CONVICTION AND SUBSEQUENT SENTENCING TO AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, A THIRD DEGREE FELONY; POSSESSION OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON BY A RESTRICTED PERSON, A THIRD DEGREE FELONY; AND DANGEROUS WEAPON PENALTY ENHANCEMENT AND WAS SENTENCED TO SERVE CONSECUTIVE TERMS OF ONE TO TEN YEARS ON THE FELONIES TOGETHER WITH FIVE TO TEN YEARS ON THE ENHANCEMENT AT THE UTAH STATE PRISON. IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR WEBER COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH, THE HONORABLE PARLEY R. BALDWIN PRESIDING. THE DEFENDANT/APPELLANT IS CURRENTLY INCARCERATED AT THE UTAH STATE PRISON.
