Abstract

This is the brief of the appellee, Patricia Salazar Houston, in the State's appeal from the order dismissing its case without prejudice. The charges dismissed were DUI, a third degree felony, actual physical control with ,an alcohol level above .08, a third degree felony, driving on an alcohol-revoked license, a class B misdemeanor, and having an open container in a vehicle, a class C misdemeanor. The trial court was the Honorable Kevin Allen of the First District Court of Cache County, State of Utah.
