Ths is an appeal from the Judgment and Sentence filed on or about July 29, 2017 by the Fifth Judicial District Court of Iron County, State of utah, Judge Keith C. Barnes presiding and folllowing jury trial. Counsel for Appellant files an Anders' Brief in compliance with State v. Wells, 2000 Utah App. 304, 13 P.3d 1056. The Appellant is not incarcerated, having already served the sentence imposed by the trial court.
