MISDEMEANOR, AND WAS SENTENCED TO SERVE THREE TERMS OF ZERO TO FIFTEEN YEARS AND ONE YEAR AND SLX MONTHS AT THE UTAH STATE PRISON, IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR WEBER COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH, THE HONORABLE PARLEY R. BALDWIN PRESIDING.
