BRIEF OF APPELLANT THIS APPEAL IS FROM A FINDING OF GUILTY AND SUBSEQUENT SENTENCING TO UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A HANDGUN, A THIRD DEGREE FELONY; CARRYING A CONCEALED DANGEROUS WEAPON, A CLASS A MISDEMEANOR; AND FALSE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO POLICE OFFICER, A CLASS C MISDEMEANOR AND WAS SENTENCED AN INDETERMINATE TERM OF NOT TO EXCEED FIVE YEARS IN THE UTAH STATE PRISON TOGETHER WITH A CONCURRENT 365 DAYS AND 90 DAYS ON THE MISDEMEANORS, IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR WEBER COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH, THE HONORABLE ROGER S. DUTSON PRESIDING. DEFENDANT IS CURRENTLY INCARCERATED AT THE UTAH STATE PRISION.
