Abstract

This is an appeal from a judgment against Henry Bruce for aggravated robbery/ a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. §76-6-302 (1953 as amended). A jury ^ound him guilty following a trial on April 24-29/ 1986/ in the Third District Court, in and for Salt Lake County, State of Utah, the Honorable Leonard H. Russon/ Judge presiding. Mr. Bruce was committed to the Utah State Prison for the indeterminate term of five years to life.
