Abstract

This is an appeal from a judgment against Henry Bruce for aggravated robbery, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. §76-6-302 (1953 as amended). A jury found him guilty following a trial on April 24-29, 1986, in the Third District Court, in and for Salt Lake County, State of Utah, the Honorable Leonard H. Russon, Judge, presiding. Mr. Bruce was committed to the Utah State Prison for the indeterminate term of five years to life.
