Abstract
Pursuant to Rule 24 (j) of the Utah Rules of Appellate Procedure, we wish to advise you that we believe that the following authorities are pertinent and significant in the aboveentitled case, were not handed down until substantially after briefing had been completed, and pertain specifically to the argument on duty of care made at pages 48-58 of Respondents1 Brief in this action: Beach v. University of Utah, 726 P.2d 413 (Utah 1986). Weber v. Springville City, 725 P.2d 1360 (Utah 1986).
