Abstract
Pursuant to Rule 24(j) of the Rules of the Utah Supreme Court, plaintiffs/appellants hereby submit the attached opinion by the Utah Court of Appeals as additional support of their argument regarding the standard for imposition of punitive damages, which argument is set forth at pages 11 through 16 of their Opening Brief and pages 1 through 7 of their Reply Brief in this matter.
