WATT FROM FURTHER REPRESENTATIONS IN APPELLANTS CASE 21027. BY VIRTUE OF UTAH CODE ANN. §77-38-1 (1953 AS AMENDED) AND §77-35-8 (1953 AS AMENDED) U.S.A. AND ARTICLE 1 § 12 OF THE UTAH CONSTITUTION, AND THE SIXTH AMENDMENT OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION WHICH AFFORDS MR. GARDNER THE RIGHT TO EFFECTIVE COUNSEL, THAT HIS BRIEF HEREIN SHOWS, MR GARDNER, HAS BEEN DENIED BY THE NAMED COUNSEL, AND THE FAILURE OF THE SALT LAKE LEGAL DEFENDER'S ASSOCIATION TO INTERVENE ON THE COUNSELS INEFFECTIVE REPRESENTATIONS FROM APPOINTMENT TO APPEAL.
